You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused and in original condition
It is in its original packaging
All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Customized, made-to-order, and clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
